It was finally time to pick our green peppers today. We have been eyeing these green giants for the last two weeks waiting for them to reach peak size. Their purpose – Stuffed Green Peppers – was known already when they were first being transplanted in our raised garden bed back in June. This home-made meal was whole heartily consumed by all of us. We have satisfying memories of how delicious our green peppers were to both, grow and then consume.
