TEMPTING: The Perfect 3 Ingredient Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookie

Without a doubt this is the easiest, most delicious, perfect three ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe – and it’s gluten-free!

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies


1 egg

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter

Makes 12 -15  delicious cookies

In a bowl mix sugar and egg then stir in peanut butter until well blended. Chill for one hour until dough is firm and not sticky.




















Scoop into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Next slightly flatten dough balls, then indent with a fork.


Place in the middle rack of a 360 degree preheated oven and bake for 8 – 10 minutes until cookie edges are slightly brown.


Remove from oven, cool and devour. So simple and quick to make.


It takes only three ingredients to make these delicious gluten-free peanut butter cookies.

Pour me a cold glass of milk – please.
