Tempting – 3 Minute Cheddar, Jalapeno and Tomato Queso Dip

This creamy and  zingy  queso dip can be made in less than three minutes with only four ingredients. Left over dip can be refrigerated and reheated several times.

Easy Cheddar, Jalapeno and Tomato Queso Dip

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (white or yellow)

4 tablespoons condensed milk

2 tablespoons canned diced chili peppers

1 small diced tomato

Prep:    Mix all four ingredients in a microwave safe dish. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds. Remove dish and stir with a fork. Continue these steps until cheese is completely melted and queso is well mixed. Serve queso dip with tortilla chips. Serves 2-3.
